1)To prepare a Graphene coated nano Dysprosium(III) oxide, the method comprises the following steps: 1. preparing Dysprosium(III) oxide nanoparticles by pyrolysis; 2, Dysprosium(III) oxide nanopillars were prepared by hydrothermal method; 3, Preparing Graphite oxide solution; 4, Dysprosium(III) oxide nanoparticles and Dysprosium(III) oxide nanopillars are added to Graphite oxide solution, stirred and filtered to obtain filter residue, and the filter residue is heat treated to obtain Graphene coated nano Dysprosium(III) oxide. In addition, the invention also provides an application of Graphene coated nano Dysprosium(III) oxide prepared by the above method in the process of preparing binary doped Magnesium diboride superconducting bulk.
